Easy Assemble Modular Framework 13 Bezel
The Easy Assemble Modular Framework 13 Bezel is a 3D-printable replacement bezel for the Framework 13, designed by Edna Ordinary. It uses nickel plates and small snap-in pieces held by magnets, allowing for easy customization and tool-free assembly12.
Design
The bezel consists of a top piece and two side pieces made of nickel-plated inserts and snap-in connectors. Hinge covers attach with pliers, and the full assembly snaps onto the laptop. Pieces are removable by gently bending — the snap-in mechanism pops off without tools12.
The design has been refined over several months and supports custom patterns — community members have shared their own decorative variants1.
