Use a quality Thunderbolt cable
Community testing found that a poor-quality TB cable causes bandwidth limiting, halving performance and dropping to a single monitor output. Use the included 0.5m cable or a certified active TB3/TB4 cable1.
AMD multi-monitor limitation
AMD Frameworks support a single DisplayPort tunnel, so on AMD this dock is effectively limited to one external display. For multi-monitor on AMD, prefer an MST-based dock like the Dell WD22TB41.
