The Crucial CT2K48G56C46S5 is a 96GB kit (two 48GB sticks) of DDR5-5600 SO-DIMM laptop memory running at standard JEDEC timings (CL46, 1.1V). Because it uses JEDEC timings rather than XMP/EXPO, it is well suited to Framework laptops, which do not support memory overclocking profiles12.

On AMD Ryzen 7040 systems, 96GB exceeds AMD's officially supported capacities. There were reports of boot issues on Windows 11 after certain AMD driver updates on systems with more than 64GB3. Consider the 128GB kit if you want the most headroom.
